A NEW WAY OF BEING TOGETHER: SOCIAL DISTANCING AND PREVENTION MEASURES

We follow the norms and recommendations of the local authorities regarding the rules for holding events

Our precautions begin from the arrival of our guests at the event entrance. We have a decontamination station with hand sanitizer, body temperature measurement, signage boards everywhere, ensuring the use of masks and waste bins

The body temperature measurement is mandatory. Access to the event with a temperature of 37.5° C (99.5° F) or higher will not be allowed

If the guests show symptoms, they will be instructed by the organizer not to participate in the event

We maintain a safe distance between people – 1.5 meters (5 feet) when registering as well as when accessing the event

When seated, respect the minimum distance of 1 meter (3 feet) between chairs on opposite tables. Changing the layout or adding chairs to seat more people at a table is not allowed

Under no circumstances are agglomerations allowed

Interspersed sinks and urinals will be established to maintain a safe distance

Access to the escalators and bathrooms have floor markings respecting social distancing

The capacity was readjusted according to the standards allowed by the health authorities

The elevator for access to the event space is available, but with an adequate limitation on the number of people

 

 

PERSONAL HYGIENE MEASURES –

ESSENTIAL PRECAUTIONS FOR HEALTHY EVENTS

The use of the mask is mandatory to all participants (staff, exhibitor, and speakers). In addition to protection, we avoid transmission to other

During the event, it is mandatory to use a mask and change it every two hours. It is only allowed to remove it during meals while sitting at the table

There are specific waste bins for disposing masks

Hand sanitizer dispensers are available in all the event space and inside the rooms

 

 

FACILITIES SANITIZATION MEASURES – PROTECTION AND QUALITY OF LIFE

The cleaning, which has always been carried out with excellence, had its routine enhanced, especially at the high touch areas, with the use of the correct PPEs and certified products

Cleaning is intensified before, during and after assembly

All the furniture, equipment and items are sanitized with sanitizing products

Tablecloths and Lycras are replaced after every use

Maintenance of the air conditioning units are ensured, as recommended by current legislation

The air conditioning system is cleaned on a daily basis with certified sanitizing product solutions

During every event, the ventilation system will be functioning 24 hours a day to ensure an efficient filtration system

Our valets follow the personal and vehicle hygiene protocols, cleaning the door handle, seat, steering wheel, and shift lever when entering in the vehicle and returning it

 

 

FOOD SERVICE

The food court is in accordance with current health standards (Anvisa)

We are certified and follow the ISO 22000 food safety standards

The highly qualified and trained hotel staff replenishes the items following the safety and hygiene protocols

Our exclusive buffet or plated service is carried out with Unique quality, following all the new protocols. Buffets with servers, signage and single queue help ensure a safe distance between guests

To ensure the quality control of the new safety and sanitization protocols, the entry of food and beverages from outside the hotel is prohibited
