GENERAL POLICY
In order to enjoy the Body & Soul Fitness Center pool, the use of bathing suits is mandatory.
Those available for sale at the fitness center reception, if needed.
If you are not a guest at Hotel Unique,
we advise to arrive 15 minutes prior
to your booking. In case of delays,
your therapy time will be reduced in
respect to the upcoming customer.
Please keep your belongings in the lockers,
at B&S. Hotel Unique cannot be held
responsible for lost items and valuables.
Please let us know in advance about
special health conditions or pregnancy.
Those may affect your treatment.
Customers under the age of 18 must be
accompanied by parents or a legal guardian.
Cancellations or reschedulings are allowed
up to five hours prior to your booking.
Short-notice cancellations will be
charged as a no-show.
Parking service is included.
7% optional service fee may be added to
the final bill, and it is non-mandatory.
